What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is, mind in a deep state of calmness and relaxation. The body is very comfortable and the mind is more alert than in the normal state of awareness.
Many people still relate the word hypnosis with an image of being unconscious and out of control. This is not true. One can hear and respond to everything during the therapeutic process and be an active participant in the therapy.
The majority of our behavior is governed by the deeply rooted beliefs within our subconscious mind. Therefore in order to effect change we must work with that particular area of our mind.

In hypnotherapy, me as your therapist will simply instruct your subconscious mind to support your conscious desires.
