What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is, mind in a deep state of calmness and relaxation. The body is very comfortable and the mind is more alert than in the normal state of awareness.
Many people still relate the word hypnosis with an image of being unconscious and out of control. This is not true. One can hear and respond to everything during the therapeutic process and be an active participant in the therapy.

Why Hypnosis?

The majority of our behavior is governed by the deeply rooted beliefs within our subconscious mind. Therefore in order to effect change we must work with that particular area of our mind.
Have you ever wondered why you have tried to change a habit or behavior and it usually resurfaces very shortly? This is because our conscious willpower usually cannot compete with the power of the subconscious mind.

As a Hypnotherapist, I facilitate certain changes in a person by scripting the subconscious mind to removal of old habits, elimination of tension, changes in mood, pattern of thoughts, in short to bring about changes which are perceived as problems, by using  natural modes of functioning of body and mind focused in a particular way to produce desired results. Most importantly it is effective, relaxing comfortable and drug free.

What is Hypnotherapy?

People naturally enter hypnosis while watching T.V., extensive driving, overwhelmed by the beauty of nature or new romance as well as right before they go to sleep and upon awakening. This altered state of mind can be induced by an overload to the conscious mind of visuals, information and mind/body sensation. In this state, the old beliefs are then replaced with new ones. In hypnotherapy, me as your therapist will simply instruct your subconscious mind to support your conscious desires.
“With the utilization of your own sub conscious mind release your own power from within. Heal yourself with your own powerful healing self.”

Why Hypnotherapy?

Simply because it works! You can access the past help by your subconscious to discover the core issues causing symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, fear, phobias, sexual dysfunction, perfection or procrastination.

Through hypnotherapy you can modify beliefs that no longer serve you. Learn the value of communicating with the memories and feelings stored in your body. Transform your experiences of living by healing the past and realizing your full potential.
By directly accessing the subconscious mind, modern hypnotherapy is often quick and effective in resolving personal issues and improving focus and performance.

The conscious mind justifies our actions, decisions, hesitations and limitations.
The subconscious mind drives our actions, decisions, hesitations and limitations.

Release your primitive belief systems that keep you from achieving the freedom you want to achieve and create a new enhanced personality that is confident, secure and functioning in harmony with mind and the universe.

“Mind and body are in harmony always through hypnotherapy.”

"By directly accessing the subconscious mind, modern
Hypnotherapy is often quick and effective in resolving
Personal issues and improving focus & performance."
